ENGLISH VERSION:
Next month end we are going back to eastern standard time. Days will suddenly seems shorter and the sunset will come before driving your car home after business hours. Many people reports that during this transition they feel tireness, depressed and their sleep quality is less than perfect. In this case, OSTEOPATHY could be considered as an option.
In the meanwhile, here are a few advises that should help you get a better sleep.
1- Did you know that your sleep is moving through cycles of 90 minutes. Therefore, it is wise to establish the time when you go to bed according to the exact time that you have planned to wake-up. As an example, if you need to wake up at 6:00am you would benefit from going to bed at 10:30pm. You will feel better if you follow this timetable.
2– It is better to sleep with the bedroom in complete darkness. You can find in many stores some curtains that blocks light passing through them. The skin of your face and arms and shoulders won’t be aroused by sunlight or street lights.
3– Unpluged all electrical appliances of your bedroom before going to bed.
4– Avoid positioning your bed along an imaginary line set between the window and the entrance of your room in order to prevent any air current to circulate over you.
5– Make sure that you eat your evening meal before 7h30pm in order to keep your digestion easy so that this process won’t interfere with the quality of your sleep.
Good night!
