The osteopathic seasonal treatment (OST) is the result of 15 years of clinical observation that provides to patients asking for it a state of enhanced vitality and optimal energy.
Description
The OST is a set of 7 osteopathic moves designed for an optimal functioning of the body, mainly from the circulatory, digestive, eliminatory, lymphatic, respiratory and nervous systems. In the 48 hours that follows such a treatment, you can expect an increasing feeling of vitality and a burst of extra energy. Also, you may enjoy a better sleep and a significative reduction of weariness and stress.
OST can also, reduce or eliminate headaches and migraine; in this area, the success is almost warrantee. It is because enhancing drainage of the venous system done through osteopathic means, it allows a decrease of the internal pressure of the cranial bowl.
OST can alleviate anxiety which is the main cause of having trouble falling asleep or depressing states that triggers light sleep or awakening during the night. Sleep disorders may include other causes (digestive, excess of mental activity, noises, light, etc). In any case your osteopath will be able to give you proper advices to improve the QUALITY of your sleep and help you to learn to relax properly.
